Hello, So I used the ab wheel religiously many years ago and had a very sculpted six-pack...a few years ago I broke my humerus and have a steel plate on my arm and I feel a little pain when I do the ab wheel so I have nightmares of hearing that SNAP when I’m fully extended. Anyway...are planks a good alternative to the ab wheel? Any other suggestions? I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
