Hi, I'm 6ft, 190 lbs. I would say I am in decent shape but I have been out of the consistent gym game since last summer so I need to get back into things gradually. I have been getting comments from my gf and family that i am starting to develop a small beer gut (even though i dont drink that much, maybe once a weekend i that) so I need a change. My waist is a 32 and like i said im not terribly out of shape. Regardless I am starting to develop some self conscious tendencies with how I look and I am determined to do what it takes to get my fitness/body back in check.Anything helps guys and thank you in advance for your help.
