Just started back today after an extended period of time due to health problems. I am weak as fuck. Today was arm day. Biceps: EZ Bar curl-25 pounds-4 sets of 8 reps Hammer curls-25 pounds-4 sets of 8 reps Preacher curls-25 pounds-4 sets of 8 reps Triceps: Kickbacks-25 pounds-4 sets of 8 reps Extentions-25 pounds-4 sets of 8 reps Dips-4 sets
